Starting off her Psychological Teaching journey in New Zealand using Mindfulness before moving back over to the UK whereby she became one of the first Mindfulness Practitioner’s in the UK and has been infusing it into a variety of therapies ever since!
Charlotte found her niche in Mindfulness whilst part of her Psychology training and successfully used it as a therapeutic approach to rehabilitating offenders in prisons before release back into communities over in New Zealand.
In 2015 Charlotte set up in the UK as one of the first leading Mindfulness Practitioners. Creating the “Mindfulness Awakening Programme” delivering it across Communities, Schools and Businesses. Now she infuses Somatic Mindfulness Therapies in other areas for the mind, body & soul such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Guided Breathwork & Meditations, Movement & Massage.
