I offer confidential private one to one sessions for people who may request support via Recovery Grimsby Town at Lincolnshire Council. This is an exclusive service for people who need support when they are unsure who to turn to when they are in domestic abuse situations, love an addict and need that expert one to one time.
I am here to provide Mental & Physical wellbeing. Aimed at working professionals predominantly within the public sector who are unable to seek help through work due to stigma or fear of loosing their job.
