I have recently gained the latest St John Ambulance certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work, equipping me with the essential skills to handle workplace emergencies effectively. In addition, I have completed a certificate of attendance for the Adult MHFA Refresher course, enhancing my ability to support mental health and wellbeing in professional settings. I have been a Mental Health First Aider since 2019.
These certifications ensure I am prepared to respond confidently to both physical and mental health incidents, contributing to a safer, more supportive, and legally compliant working environment.
