Weekend Mindfulness Retreats Near the Lincolnshire Coast

Sample wonderful scenery and breathe in the sea air! The Lincolnshire Wolds are also nearby, offering great opportunities for mindful woodland walks. A perfect opportunity to escape everyday life, learn to breathe without judgment, live in the present moment, and explore with a beginner’s mind. Our packages include

- Option A -

Mindfulness Retreat Weekend for Mum & Daughter/Son Wellness

£250 for a two night stay per person - 2pm arrival

Day One
  • Arrive between 1pm and 2pm
  • Greeted with a warm welcome from Charlotte and Mia ( the therapy dog).
  • Wellness Evaluation for both Mum and daughter/son over a cuppa or drink of choice.
  • Energy cleanse of all your chakras to bring you into a positive calm energy, crystal healing included.
  • Evening meal (discussed in advance of arrival)
  • Somatic breathwork and Movement to assist in letting go of trapped traumas
  • Homemade hot chocolate with marshmallows to unwind debrief before bedtime
Day Two
  • Sunrise down at the beach, learning the art of Mindfulness and Grounding techniques, photos taken for memories
  • Full English Breakfast or option of your choice
  • Massage and/or Reflexology for mum – child crystal back massage available in mums presence or half an hour in the heat healer infrared sauna sleeping bag.
  • A trip down to the seafront for ice cream
  • Home cooked evening meal (decided prior to arrival)
  • Trip to natural springs to collect spring water to drink and take home.
  • Chasing the sun for sunset
  • Guided Meditation & Mindfulness breathwork
Day Three
  • Sunrise at the beach
  • Full English Breakfast or option of your choice
  • Review and Evaluation of the weekend
  • 12pm Check out.

- Option B -

Mindfulness Weekend Retreat for Adults

£500 for 2 night stay for two people, or £300 for one person

Day One
  • Arrive between 1pm and 2pm
  • Greeted with a warm welcome from Charlotte and Mia ( the therapy dog).
  • Wellness Evaluation for you using Maori Concepts over a hot cuppa or drink of your choice.
  • Energy cleanse of all your chakras to bring you into a positive calm energy, crystal healing included.
  • Evening meal (discussed in advance of arrival)
  • Somatic breathwork and movement to assist in letting go of trapped traumas
  • Ceremonial cacao to unwind and set intentions before bedtime
Day Two
  • Sunrise at the beach, learning the art of Mindfulness and Grounding techniques
  • Full English Breakfast or option of your choice
  • Massage and/or Reflexology
  • A trip down to the seafront for ice cream or a Mindfulness Woodland Walk
  • Home cooked evening meal (decided prior to arrival)
  • Trip to natural springs to collect natural spring water to drink/take home.
  • Sunset and goals for your future self.
  • Guided Meditation & Mindfulness breathwork
Day Three
    • Sunrise at the beach
    • Full English Breakfast or option of your choice
    • Review and Evaluation of the weekend
    • 12pm Check out.

- Option C- Friendly Doggy holiday Choose either bungalow or caravan when booking -

Mindful Coastal Retreat for friendly Dogs with their Mum or Dad Lincolnshire Coast

£300 includes breakfasts, evening meals and your dog's accommodation .

Day One
  • Arrive between 1pm and 2pm
  • Greeted with a warm welcome from Charlotte and Mia ( the therapy dog).
  • Wellness Evaluation with a hot drink of your choice
  • Walk down the beautiful beach for  Mia to show your dog a beautiful beach walk
  • Evening meal (discussed in advance of arrival)
  • Short moonlight walk out before bedtime
  • Homemade hot chocolate with marshmallows to unwind before bedtime
Day Two
  • Sunrise beach walk (photos with your fur baby for sunrise)
  • Full English Breakfast or option of your choice (doggy sausages and egg also available)
  • A trip down to the seafront for doggy ice cream or Woodland walk
  • Home cooked evening meal (decided prior to arrival)
  • Trip to natural springs to collect spring water to drink.
  • Sunset walk
  • Guided Meditation & Mindfulness breathwork
Day Three
  • Sunrise at the beach or early morning beach walk
  • Full English Breakfast or option of your choice
  • Review and Evaluation of the weekend
  • 12pm Check out.
